A slightly lighter beer compared to Piwo Na Miodzie Gryczanym – although it has a distinct ginger flavour, the honey undertones balance it out. The light colour invites you to reach for another glass, the hint of ginger adds a tartness, and the honey  brings all the flavours together.

Ingredients: water, barley malt, buckwheat flakes, multiflorous honey (4%), ginger (0.05%) hops, aroma, brewer’s yeast. Natural honey and yeast sediment may form at the bottom.
