APIS – APA Na Miodzie Wielokwiatowym
We created a new type of beer and named it after the Latin term for ‘bee’ – ‘APIS’. This beer is an American variant of the traditional pale ale. Hopped in multiple stages, this is a mature beer with a distinct character. It owes its extraordinary flavour and aromas to the American hop varieties Cascade, Chinook, and Ekuanot. The addition of multiflorous honey gives the beer its characteristic sweetness and balances the bitterness of the hop. A surprising combination of flavours and aromas give this beer an unmatched uniqueness!
